Scope of Services. Through this Site, Fantasy Elite All Stars markets and arranges All Star Cheer, Birthday Party, Recreational Cheer, Summer Camp, Toddler Activity Classes, Tumbling Classes, Sports Performance Program. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Fantasy Elite All Stars or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. Fantasy Elite All Stars may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
